  • Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your city or unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for your convenience. 
  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable). 
  • You can track your parcel using the courier tracking number provided.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Perfume Prime is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
